14U makes an IMPACT

14U – A true impact…

As we wrap up our 3rd season in Elgin Impact history, we are starting to see the results of our program as it continues to mature through successes of the 14U team. In our second season of having 3 teams (in our inaugural season we only had 1 16U team), our 14U girls have exploded on the season creating a true impact for the program across the Chicagoland area.    While each team has improved year over year, the growth and improvement the 14U team has shown in 1 year is truly remarkable.  While we are extremely proud of this team and their accomplishments.  We are proud of the growth and improvements each team has achieved (both 16u and 18u have increased their winning percentage 200%)

In a young program, any growth and improvement is a success for us and we are truly proud and grateful for our families that have not only joined us in the recent year but also those that have been a part of the family since our inception in 2015.   It truly takes a village and we are excited to now see our village grow and strengthen with each season.

Thank you all and Congratulations 14U on an amazing season with an impressive 40 and 20 record (as of July 9).  And thank you to the support of our families and leadership of our head coach Marc Mylott.
