Refunds will work as follows – Any team that completes or starts 3 games is considered a full tournament. If you only play 1or 2 games, then 50% of paid fees is returned.
If no games are played, then full refund minus $100 is returned to cover administrative fees. Elgin Impact is not responsible for making up games cancelled by inclement weather. Event Director has the authority to change the format or Game schedule as needed.

We have an early bird discount through Jan 15 of $50 off. So, that means the $650 tournament is now $600 for 5GG, two umps, and fences. Can’t beat that anywhere.
10 Team maximum in this tournament. We will only offer a single HS division. Mix of 16u and 18u teams. We will be playing on 2 neighboring fields at the same location.
